Alan Alexander has been a member of the Accounts Commission for Scotland since 2003. He is also a member of the Economic and Social Research Council, where he chairs the Research Resources Board. He is Non Executive Chair of Distance Lab Ltd. Alan is a Past Chair of Local and Public Management at Strathclyde Business School, University of Strathclyde and is also past Chair of Scottish Water.

Frank Blin heads PwC's UK Regional practice and is Regional Chair for PwC Scotland. Currently he acts as lead global relationship partner to a number of Scottish public and private companies and entrepreneurs. Frank is a Board member of Scottish Enterprise, a past member of Scottish Financial Enterprise, CBI Scotland, the Board of Governors of Hutchesons' Grammar School and Strathclyde University Business School Council. He is also a past member of PwC's main Board.

Gary Gerrard is Head of Scotland, Bank of Scotland Corporate.

Iain Moir is Managing Director of ASA International Limited.

Norman Murray is Chairman of Cairn Energy PLC. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Greene King PLC, Robert Wiseman Dairies PLC and Penta Capital Partners Holdings Ltd. He is past President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and a past Chairman of the British Venture Capital Association.

John Richards is Group Finance Director, The Miller Group. John joined the Group in 1987. He was appointed to the Board in 1994 as Group Finance Director. He is a Non-Executive Director of Aberforth Geared Income and Capital Trust.
