Emma Bell is a Partner in the Employment Department at Brodies LLP, and is accredited by The Law Society of Scotland as an employment law specialist, as well as being ranked as a "leader in her field" by Chambers Legal Directory.

Alan Boyter is the Director of HR and OD for NHS Lothian. He has a masters degree from Strathclyde University and is a previous winner of the HR Excellence Award.

Robin Jordan is Senior Partner of robin jordan associates, Management and Human Resource Consultants and Chairman of the Executive Board of CIPD.

Karen Lally is Chair, CIPD Scottish Partnership.

Iain Moir is Managing Director of ASA International.

Mike Still, Managing Director, UK National Division, Marsh Ltd is heavily involved in the Marsh Learning & Development programme for all UK employees. Mike is a member of the CBI Council in Scotland and holds a number of non executive positions.
