Who can nominate?
Chief Executives are invited to nominate their own Human Resources functions within their organisations. Anyone else who knows of a Human Resources Director and Team worthy of consideration should advise the organisers by clicking on the nomination form for Professional Advisors.

The Criteria
The ASA HR Excellence Awards will be awarded for the excellence, innovation, achievement and performance of the HR function within an organisation.

We wish to recognise and honour the accomplishments of those HR functions where the Director and team have contributed significantly towards the overall achievements of their organisations and to the advancement of people management and development in Scotland.

The Categories

  • Small company (50 - 500 employees)
  • Medium company (500 - 2000 employees)
  • Large company (2000 + employees)
